Distance sales agreement

Basmane, Konak / İzmir, 0535 622 62 35, izmirmadiotel@gmail.com, [[VERGİ DAİRESİ / NO]].Buyer: the guest whose details are entered in the booking form.Subject: accommodation service at İzmir Madi Otel for the room type, dates and guest count shown in the booking summary. The price shown at checkout is the full price including VAT; no additional fee is charged online.Payment: the full amount is charged via the payment provider at the time of booking. The booking becomes final when the provider confirms the payment and the guest receives a booking code.Check-in / check-out: 14:00 / 12:00. Valid ID is required at check-in for all guests, as required by law.Right of withdrawal: under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, accommodation services booked for a specific date are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal. Cancellations are governed by the cancellation policy published on this site.Disputes: Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in İzmir have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits set annually by the Ministry of Trade.
