Privacy notice

This notice explains how [[İŞLETME UNVANI]] ("the Hotel") processes personal data collected through online booking, in line with Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Data collected: full name, e-mail address, phone number, booking dates, guest count, optional note, IP address and booking code. Card details are never collected or stored by the Hotel; they are entered on the payment provider's page.Purpose and legal basis: performing the accommodation contract, legal obligations (identity notification rules for accommodation, tax records), and communicating about your stay.Retention: contact details are anonymised 30 days after check-out; financial records are kept for the period required by law.Sharing: data is shared only with the payment provider (for the transaction), the hosting provider (servers in the EU), and public authorities where legally required.
