Cancellation and refund policy

Bookings made on this site are paid in full at the time of booking.

Free cancellation: cancellations made at least [[X]] days before the check-in date (14:00) are refunded in full to the same card within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the bank.Late cancellation: cancellations made less than [[X]] days before check-in are charged [[Y]]% of the total (or the first night).
